u take 20 lbs no lifting for 30lb if guy, so divide 2 u dont sit, u get 10 but for guy it no 30, so 20 would be for guy if u werent a girl ?

If you girl 20lbs, you might understand. It's a bit harder when you boy half 10lbs taken 30lbs, but girl 20lbs half 10lbs with work out floor, you might not understand what he says. Having divide 2 and don't sit, no 20, but 30... you just might get it better though. =\
