Ok I sold an item on eBay last week and the bidder never paid. He made up this sob story about his wife's mother dying and that he couldn't pay because he was in Cali for the funeral and such. Well a couple days later he wins an auction for the same thing I sold him but just for less money. At this point I'm pissed because he made up this stupid story hoping I'd just let me get away with it.
So I file an unpaid bidder dispute. He has until tomorrow to respond to it but I know he won't. According to eBay what happens is I can close the dispute at that time. He get's an unpaid bidder strike against him but it doesn't show up in his feedback or profile(so what's the point?!). I can still leave him feedback but we all know as soon as I leave him negative feedback he's going to do the same to me just becaues he's a dick.
When eBay puts him as a nonpaying bidder it should be in his profile as such and he should get auctomatic negative feedback without me getting anything bad because I didn't do anything.
Oh and I get a relist credit. Basicly I get to relist it for free, but I've already relisted it and sold it so I'm out that money now too. That's stupid as well, I should just get my money back. So right now I'm out $35 that it cost me to sell the item and this ****** get's away scottfree because of eBay's lame rules.

i love the variety of stuff on ebay for sale...but the people suck. i ordered an amp kit from someone who was a power seller and they got my payment and never sent it. next week they are no longer a member of ebay. wtf

... Even though they are not doing good at all right now... Loosing to the niners twice. Ugh.
