Thinking about saying bye.....

......... to the Camaro get getting a different car.. I love my car, its just that I want to get away from the whole performance side of vehicles and get something that is bigger and has more room for friends and such.. I am really fond of the Chysler 300's. Lately I have been looking at different 300's to get some ideas on if I want to get one or not.. I was also thinking about the new Charger because I love the biggness of the bodys.. But I am kinda leaning away from that for the fact of people will expect the Charger to be fast because its a Charger..

Let me know what you all think.. And maybe give me some ideas..

i would get a charger. but i would still just get it for performance. big *** 4-door that is fast i think would be awesome. I wouldn't get a 300 just for the people that have them here. otherwise for cars i would only other get an Impala SS with the V8 in it. those two cars would be my choices

Personally I think you're crazy for wanting to sell an LS1 F-Body. If I had to get something else, the Charger would be my first 4 door.

Well I want a vehicle that I can drive year round. Not just for the summer.. And I don't want a car for the speed because I will end up putting too much money into the speed factor..

I really like the 300C. Plenty of room for friends and one hell of a nice looking car. Throw some dubs on it along with a nice grill and you are set.

Saturn Sl2 / end of story

300 looks like a big bland brick for some 90 year old golfer. Any can can be driven year round (I drove a '69 all year and passed 4x4 trucks thatw ere in the ditch all the time), if you can't drive the camaro, you can't drive the 300 in winter. If you want a good year round car get a front drive (bonneville is fairly big) if you sell the car in 5 years you'll be kicking yourself. Keep it, and buy another car if you want a different car, if the camaro isn't paid for don't sell it (best way to lose money on a car is sell it while you owe money on it)

buy a cheap 4 door DD and keep the Camaro garaged, you will regret the day you sell it...

Adric 08-26-2007 02:49 PM

Yeah if I have to ever sell my camaro im going to regret it for the rest of my life.

I don't have the money to own 2 vehicles.. Nor do I want 2.. And I was looking at buying a 300 before I bought the Z.. I am looking to save money with getting rid of the Camaro for a couple reasons.... Mods, I wont do that much to the 300 and insurance... My insurance for the Camaro is higher than I want to pay right now..

I dont see why you say I will regret selling it.. I don't race it so why have a big engine like that?

Adric 08-26-2007 02:53 PM

So why did you even get rid of your v6 then and get a v8?

98CamaroZ28 08-26-2007 02:55 PM

exactly...300c's r way more expensive then a cheapy old 4 door car that will only cost you less then 100 a month on insurance...Dont sell it, you will hate your self and have a lot of angry people! But all in all its your choice, do what you need for yourself not other like giving friends rides... ;)

whitecamaro96 08-26-2007 03:02 PM

alright well it sounds like people on here dont want you to get red of it (even me cause i love that car) so being the nice person i am i'll let you give it to me so we can stil keep it in the pc family lol...but seriously i could never part with a car that nice but its all up to you if its not working for you and you want somtihn different then go for it

ITSA6 08-26-2007 03:24 PM

if you part with it get something on the other end of the spectrum. get an AWD charger they come out next year that would be

having a big engine isn't for racing. The chrysler has a big engine too (if you get the v6 you are going to spend alot on gas anyway it's too small for the girth of the car) if you don't know why you'll regret it, then you aren't a car guy sorry
