MTV’s movie news blog recently talked with “Transformers” babe Megan Fox, and she’s confirmed to them that she’s already signed on for “Transformers 2″, which, according to the blue-eyed hottie, is currently being written. Wait, is “Transformers” a mega hit already, without ever having reached the theaters? Apparently Michael Bay and company can sense the dollars, and why not? Every successive trailer I’ve seen for “Transformers” have been better than the last, including the most recent one. If the geeks come out in force, this thing is gonna be big.

I found this cuz I was looking to see if there are still any theatres playing Transformers, never got a chance to see it yet - anyone know where it might still be playing at ?? any rep theatres or dollar theatres? I know it comes out on DVD in a couple weeks but Id like to see it on the big screen

Apparantly they made soo much mollah off the first one (I think I heard about $560 million) that they can go and do whatever they want with the second - including it NOT being a giant commercial.

also I just heard they actually got the go ahead to make #3 as well but may pull the plug on that, we'll see.

I sure hope its notdirected at 13 year olds this time. Cool movie, way to immature though.

I think that the Transformers is one of those ground breaking movies. Not for plot, but for the special effects.
