That's what happens when you have hippies who won't allow the city to remove trees that are in the way of road infrastructure.

Im not all that good with pointing out things Such as Photoshopped things.. But is that photoShop? I Think the Oil from that pavement would kill the tree, and the how would the tree get enough water? I doubt that this picture is real.. However Somebody did a real good Job. Or That town is a bit wacked..
