What To Do????
What To Do????
Well, today was the greatest day for me. As some of you may know the past week or so we have been lookin for a F-Body for me. Well we are watchin a couple, mainly this 96 dark green firebird v6 she is in a shop gettin a small dent out before she is gona be for sale. Anyways, getting one means I HAVE to have a job so today at work one of my managers who I know doesnt like me as always gets onto me about shaving. Well thing is I shave every morning so I have no idea what shes talkin about. So after taken some ladys stuff to her sexy blue C6 I get back in and my manager tells me I have to go DRY SHAVE in the bathroom. Well I went back there and there isnt nothing to shave haha. Plus im not aloud to dry shave I sadly......have a small acne problem and shaving cuts them and you know s......anyways I went back up front and she comes to me a min later and says "Clock out and go home....dont come back till you shave or call me and tell me you wont be coming back at all" aka quiting/fired? So of course im lookin for another job just should I stay at the current job as long as I can so if it takes time to get another ill atleast have this one to make money for my car. But what should I do about her and this whol shaving issue she has against me and me alone. Oh the two other managers never say anything. But yea what should I do to keep the job and prevent me from loosing it. Or just quit and dont spend any money and get w/e new job I can for now till I find what i want.
In the end its lookin my F-Body my get put on hold.....I have saved already 789 dollars and since my rents are BUYING the car i have enough for gas and insurance and such....but yea what to do.
If you are in a workers union, take it to them... she'll be fired because that's completely out of line. If no union, ask to speak to whoever is above her and work your way up. Don't be afraid to be a whistle blower. I blew the whistle on something that I didn't agree with my district manager doing and it went straight to corporate... I later got fired for a stupid reason and I think it was because I was a whistle blower, but in your case you should be fine... just don't take her **** because that is ******* god **** ******** and I hate managers like that.
Yes, file a complaint to whoever is above her. If there is nothing to shave off, how can she not say you're doing it? She is just using it as a reason since she doesn't like you personally, you said. Don't quit on her begalf. That is what she is probably aiming for.
Yeah, I really wana complain about her but at the same time im really not to happy with this job just need it till I can find a new one. So I dont wana complain about her and then leave the next week. Or should I cause its kinda the right thing to do so she cant do it again.

go ahead and talk to someone even if you leave it will get her in trouble which is worth it right there. Check your state laws regarding firing GA and Al are not right to work states and you can be fired for having acne (basically any reason they want no laws to protect the worker) MI and WI I believe (I know MI) are right to work and everything has to be documented, you can't even be suspended without written warnings
