Yep, that would be a bracelet from the Emergency room.
I happened to just get back from a 5 hour stay there after I passed out cold on my kitchen floor, and stopped breathing.:(

They don't know what caused it, but all i can say is i'm lucky to be here talking to you guys.. I guess i was out for a good 5-10 min. I'm lucky my friend was here and was able to call 911 in time... I feel like I owe him my life.

Anyway, just thought I'd tell you guys..

I am feeling better now, thanks to 2 bags of saline fluid and a morphene drip..

How about that for your average Thursday night... friggen nuts

I agree with everything you said but just want to add how this proves how fragile life is. When you really think about it, it doesn't take much at all and your life is over.

No, i wasn't on anything either... They think it was because of an exessive amout of caffene, and practicing for the race season all day... ( me and my friend were riding since 8 or 9 yesterday morning, and all i was drinking was soda)

ewww. i run 10-15 well used to. need to get back into that. and soad. (carbonated) sp? drinks are bad for you... hell lately ive been drinkin soad to .. haha. but i need to stop

Man guess i should switch my drink of choice i drink Mt Dew from the time i wake up till the time i go to sleep, im an addict.

Glad you're ok! I'm thankful I haven't had any medical issues aside from chronic sinus infections and bronchitis.... and being allergic to everything that's green and pollinates, makes for fun springs, but I've never passed out like that. Does the fact that you passed out make it an issue with your license? I know with seizures once you've had one you like lose your license or something, can't have a license unless you haven't had a seizure for 6 months, not sure about blackouts like that.

Yea I allmost lost my lisensce for that, my cousin did he passed out and allmost died during a high school football game, after they did testing and all it came up to be pro-long QT disease its pretty much an unusual heartbeat. So my parents had me get tested for it and i came up border-line they said as long as i stay healthy and dont do drugs or anything that would affect my heart rate that i shouldnt worry about it. Pretty scary ****.
