yeah, if your wireless adapter detects a network like "linksys" or "netgear" or such, y'know they didn't secure their network or even take the time to set it up.

haha I can get one that says linksys at work, and one that says 'home'.. Its funny cause they most likely have no idea that Im bogging down their bandwidth.

yeh, generally speaking I just use it to go on the internet and do small bandwidth stuff, I don't go on their network and then, say, download tons of mp3s. Although, the big question: If you go onto someone's wireless network, using a MAC address cloner to hide your computer's MAC address, then download massive amounts of mp3s, is the network owner responsible when they get slapped with a lawsuit for downloading mp3s?
