iTunes Problem
 

I have asked everyone, in many different boards, including an iPod board and yet the problem still cannot be solved, let alone there hasnt been an answer for it. :dunno:

Here is my problem:

All my tunes are loaded into iTunes and iTunes recognizes them... Now, sometimes iTunes cannot recognize the song so i find the path of the song and update it. A few days later, that song that i updated the path for, cannot be found again. I am not changing the location of the songs either. Any suggestions? :dunno:

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

do you shut down itunes and yoru comptuer properly. Perhaps your music used to be in a different path and when itunes crashes or windows crashes or you don't shut it down properly it is just reverting back to the original path?
