That would be actual gameplay. The system has the graphic power of 2 Geforce 6800 GT's.

Actually doesn't look too much better than GT4. I don't think they're pushing the power of the PS3 yet.

Agreed, all it looks like to me is GT4 running off PS3 with a bunch of extra ppl added to the pits.

Well, I know that games like GTA and GT4 were supposed to be backwards compatible..

You guys are crazy... Tho's pictures look 10x better then GT4....

You can totally tell that GT4 is pushing the PS2 so hard... because the car looks good, but everything around it is pixelated, and sometimes gets blurry.

Look at how smooth everything is in GT5... better colours, smoother textures, less jagged edges. I'm looking forward to true HDTV support as well :D

well it kind of looks like gt4 and gt5 are going to be almost exactly the same.
however what i liked about the videos of gt5 is the inclusion of larger race fields.

Then they have a ways to go still since PS3 is 35x's more powerful then PS2. I still can't see much of a difference, GT4 on my HDTV looks pretty good, but the demo posted is still dark to really tell.

Well, I agree they might not have been using the full potential of the PS3 but IMO it looks 10x better then GT4.

I too have an HDTV and @ 1080i everything is a lot clearer, but you can also see the imperfections more since PS2 doesn't have REAL HDTV support. It's only emulated. Some slick programming. :)
