Does anyone want to play GT4 online via xlink?

im online right now, so if u want help hooking it up, come online, ive helped of 60 people get on sucessfully so far, about 5 i couldnt. Ill be on, the community has gotten much smaller though, which sux, but its still fun gaming.

hey, what do i need to get in order to play gt4 via xlink?
the ps2 modem and an internet connection?
and i am running a network at home, can i connect through my router?

I sent you a message on xlink..you didn't reply so I'm guessing you didn't get it. I played 2 races tonight. Ping was really bad. at one point it even said PING:BAD...no joke..it didn't even give a number it just said "BAD".

that race was ass..so so lag filled. The second race was a bit better. Still choppy as hell but atleast my HPA r32 beat my cousins M3 CSL.

Any tips of reducing ping?

i was in the middle of a race when u pm me, and when i finished, ur were in another room. Come online right now, ill be on kai, we can def have a smooth game, our ping was around 30-35, should be damn smooth. To reduce ping, make sure no one is using the net at ur house, and the other persons house as well.
