XM or Sirius?

which is better XM or Sirius Radio???

rabbitman 03-28-2006 08:16 PM

Sirius is destroying XM right now. Programming is way better, and they now have Stern in Canada. Give it a year, and it'll be XM who?

Poppapete 03-30-2006 07:17 PM

sirius takes the cake...howard stern and playboy radio, thats the only two channels you need.

evil baby 04-14-2006 09:36 PM

yeah, XM has a way better name but Sirus is so much better. Man I wish I had the cash for it right now. BTW does anybody know if you can still buy a life time membership?

pg29 04-16-2006 01:54 PM

lol just curious, what exactly do they play on playboy radio?

JDM.EG6 04-16-2006 05:48 PM

Sirius gots my vote.. it is that much better.

crazy_like_a_fox 04-18-2006 07:10 PM

i personally like the xm better. they have a few new stations out that i like too. At work i find that we sell alot more xm stuff then sirius.

baller 04-25-2006 09:52 PM

XM gets my vote... Their actually the same, it all depends what programs you want to subscribe to and if that particular provider of digital radio carrys it.

crazy_like_a_fox 04-26-2006 03:40 PM

i think xm gets more stations too. we had the xm rep in at best buy the other day and she was saying that there also adding a few more stations.

xm is also cheaper monthly. i think its $12.99 and sirius is $14.99

pulse 04-29-2006 05:33 PM

got the xm roady xt for $1, 3 months free, and 12.99 a month after.
cant beat that!

vietboy 05-01-2006 01:48 AM

im not really sure which one is better cuz i never actually used it...but sirius uses 3 satelites while xm uses only 2...sirius takes my vote on this one

raw_war 05-17-2006 04:33 PM

r u sirius??

Mr.Honda 06-03-2006 01:15 PM

really its all opionions, not every1 is the same, not every1 likes the same channels. what works for you wouldnt work for some1 else. so its basically what you like better...its all an opionion. i say try both out and pick your own choice.....:smokin:

binky 06-04-2006 12:40 AM

my buddies got xm...pretty good....don't liek the units they come in....but pretty good.....my brothers got sirius and it's sweet....better head units....like the channel set up over xm....can't really say either has better music selection because they both have everything...well that most people listen to but ya...i'm thinking of getting sirius...

m5racer 06-04-2006 10:27 PM

Sirius kicks ass. i got it 21 months ago and will never listen to toronto raido again. but u gotta get the US version of Sirius beucase it has more channels and is jsut better

playa69 06-06-2006 02:36 PM

In the world of XM vs Sirius, it’s a tough call and depends on your budget and listening preferences. Even though Sirius is a few extra bucks a month they have nationwide NPR and better sports coverage. XM seems to have better audio quality, and a larger selection of music channels. Sirius has less music channels, but more "commercial free" music channels and more talk channels.

crxboy69 06-07-2006 12:11 AM

i like sirius way better... and howard stern is great

mill$civic 06-08-2006 10:13 PM

funkdoc 06-08-2006 10:53 PM
