93 topaz idles at 2200 tps?
starts and sticks to 2200 rpm , could it be the tps?

It could be the idle air control valve, it could be the egr hose. A vacuum leak. I know that those had an update for the rubber hose to the egr valve at the firewall. I am not 100% sure what that was for though.
