Change of front seats
 

If someone out there could help me out with this, it would be much appreciated. The wife and I find that the front seats are not very comfortable in my 2000 GT, unless we bring the seat back straight up. I was thinking of replacing the two front seats by 05-08 front seats. I suspect that the floors are different between the two series, but feel that the floor brackets and railings can fit.

Does anyone out there know if my project of changing seats is possible? If not, should I look at acquiring Mustang Cobra seats? I'm not looking for racing seats, but would rather like to buy used 05-08 seats that people want to sell because of mods they do to their cars.

make sure if u buy aftermarket seats there dot so u dont get in trubble from the cops.

Thanks. I was interested in buying actual mustang seats, but from the next generation mustang. I sent a bunch of e-mails to car recyclers and there could be some seats available. I would like for someone to confirm if my 2000 floor and current seat bolts would take the 05-08 seats.

i am sure if there not a direct bolt in there will be a way to make it work.
