engine swap??
 

I have a 96 probe se, 4 cyl, with almost 300,000kms, I am looking into swapping a GT motor (6cyl), but I am curious as to what is needed to modify before the swap can be done, or would it be a direct drop in, and with have to replace the transmission as well?

any suggestions would be greatly apprieciated.

a lot of work involved in that mate, the wiring loom would have to change as well as the gearbox i believe would be easiler to buy another car imo.
