Ford tranny id help please!!!!!!!!
The car : 79 thunderbird , Power train: 351 windsor .tranny: 3 speed auto nonod or lock up .The t in question should be c4 but that filter dont fit , nor a c6 , nor c3 , whqat else is there or what other tranny might bolt to the engine ? Thanks as always .bake

Found out the tranny is a FMX . Better yet the Pro King filter kits( FK-111 ) r available at crappy tire part # 17-4704 hope this info helps someone else. Later bake
