**** I hate it when **** goes wrong. I recived my 98+ nose today. It's crap. On the right side where the turnsignal it's craked and broken threw to the head light area. I took it over to my body shop guy he said thats not fixable. I e-mailed the company about it they said to call them so they can "look" into it. So i tried. 4 times and got nothing but busy signals. I would contact the shipper but it's not shipping damage. The packaging was great. I only noticed this after i got all the wrapping off the thing. I will try calling them again tommorw but... **** it.

I don't plan on letting them get away with it but what do i do? I've been trying to get a hold of them all day.

keep calling, or go deeper. find someone to talk to. if you get that hound the **** out of them. if you are so persistent that they hate you they will eventually have to send u a new one or something cause they will get so sick of hearing from you. dont let up one bit.

**** that sucks so bad. that happened to me when i ordered my new drivers fender. it was cracked and luckily the company was cooperative and i got a new one 2 days later. **** man, if you can afford it, get a lawyer.

Well it's only been one dy so far. I'll try calling them from my lunch break (if i even go to work tommorw :rolleyes: ) and see if i can get a hold of them. Now i was just sitting here thinking - i hope my fenders are ok... they are in fact from the same company. :banghead:

try to get them to fix the problem.. I know what that's like. When I ordered my spoiler it came with fine cracks around the 3rd brake light, called the company, they said it wasn't their fault, it was shippings fault(no it wasn't) so they would not do a dam thing.. we tried fixing it, but the cracks are starting to show again.. hope the fenders come through okay.

I also had the same problem with my hood. I got it from my brother so I know that it was fine when he had it sent out so it was shippings fault. They gave me a whole $25 toward it to get it fixed. It cost me $100. :mad:
