my pops is a machinest at harley davidson so he gets it....Has the Daytona SOM Corvette of the cover this month... there is a huge article on GM and is a rather un bias mag. in the back it says.

"Rear drive family sedans reapear at gm by decades end. This isnt a predcition as much as a compilation of information from suppliers. They say Pontiac and Buick will drop there current front drive arcitecture in favor of rear-drive for there mid sidze sedans. Chevy and saturn will off only front drive sedans but add rear drive Niche modes. (Saturn reaches for the sky withs its RWD Kappa-based roadster while chevy ressurrects the camaro name plate) This gives GM a more Balanced Portfolio. lets Pontiac build on its performance repuation, gives buick the (rear) drive it needs to be a credible luxury segment competitor, Keeps Chevys faithful Happy, and bumps the customer image of Saturn upmarket"

good news for us Camaro fans!!

well that's good news! i'm still uber nervous about the next camaro tho. i am afraid they'll kill it. but looking at the GTO, they did a good job at that. but it looks nothing like the original.

once the new camaro comes out bye bye mustang and have a nice ******* day :D

don't bet on it they have as big a following as the f body

doubt it...........there are already alot of new 05s around here Im sure ford is gona do well on these mustangs........BUT I do have a thought that soon this new look will quickly die out cause there are already alot out there soon people will get tired of it and want somethng fresh who knows.

yeah i dont want mustangs to die. i was at the auto show today, and dam, i love the new mustang gts. i really really want a black one. and even the previous generation, i'd take one. i'm liking mustangs more and more. of course i still like camaros, but mustangs are no longer the enemy :D

Cool good news...i dont like mustangs...but if i could still keep my camaro, id take a black mustang cobra.. i have to admit those r nice...but the basic mustangs psshh **** them...i wouldnt mind if they quit makin mustangs

i was talking more about horsepower, the camaro will become the faster pony car.

i dislike mustangs, there are few I'd ever consider owning, even if I could keep my Camaro.....But there are other cars I'd take in addition.
