i'm thinkin of buyin either a 93 mx-6 ls, Eg6and swappin a b16a2, or a nissan 240sx...my question is which of these would be the best to make a nic all motor car that wont kill me cost for parts and insurance if u guyz hav an idea of the rates for these cars....thnx

if you dont like 4500+ insurance quotes, forget the civic. 240sx might be lower due to 4 cylnders if your looking at v6-mx-6's...

I don't know to much about the mx-6, my friend had one and it was pretty slow, and the 240's are heavy but have possibilties, such as an SR20 (decently priced). the eg is lighter but the b16 isn't that quik, a b18 would be faster with a lot more torque. (prob. a little cheaper than the sr20)
not sure on insurance, if the eg was a cx,or dx it should be cheap but not sure about the others.

I would forget the Mx-6, but between the eg and the 240sx, thats the same thing I have been lookin at for about 5 months, and haven't really decided either.

The 240sx is a nice car. If you dont need a lot of space that is. They are pretty slow when stock, but the rwd makes up for it. They are also pretty cheap.
As for the civic, it will be more expensive to buy, and even with a b16 it won't be THAT fast. The best thing is that car is very light, so it doesnt take much power to get it going. But the b16 does have a lot of aftermarket support. PS: It will be good on gas, lol.
As for the mx-6, don't know anything about it, but I'm not too fond of their looks. I think there was a turbo mx-6 at one point though, that would be cool to have.
