engine rebuild kits
 

My friend is currently looked to rebuild his B18A1 and wants to know if there is any place in toronto that sells complete engine rebuild kits.(not just a gasket kit)He is not looking for a performance rebuild kit just an oem rebuild kit.

What do you mean by rebuild kit...
Does he just want to change the piston rings main seals, valves valve springs, etc...pretty well a re seal kit?

or does he want to completely change OE pistons rods, machine crank, head work OE valves, valve springs, etc?

Option 1 Not really worth it for the cost of such a job your better off purchasing a Newer used B18B or B16A or GSR B18C1...for the money that would be invovled...

Option 2 Not worth it from any way you look at it...I reccommend if you wanna tear down that engine put some good stuff back in and it'll cost you less...10:1 COMP FORGED PISTON JE FOR EXAMPLE...Eagle I beams...machine your crankshaft...crower cams machine the head port polish.... heat treated exhaust valves stainless valves intake and exhaust...AND BOOST THAT SOME' *****....
