Yeah I saw this on another forum a couple of days ago (LS1tech I think) and it was just as gay there. It's the gov't tho...what do ya expect?

The article I read was off of NBC's site and it said that they were listed "for offroad use only," but it didn't matter because they were still selling them for cars w/ intended road use, and Casper was just trying to legally distribute something with clearly illegal intentions to undermine the "clean air" and "emissions acts." Such BS...they are trying to end hot rodding period.
