What is this project?

I have a white 95 that is not quite sig material, but will be soon. It has the stock shortblock and blower from my 03 with a set of aviator heads.
It gets the hand me downs from the newer Cobra, lol.

The 03 is getting a Teksid aluminum block, an auto, and a big Pro Charger F1R.

i thought the only Cobra R's where the 99 or 98 forgot which year but that body style and the fox body cobra R
