M3's, in most cases, are more than 30k, which sucks because they are ******* awesome cars. I'd go with the G35 or the TSX. I've driven both, G35 seems to just be a very nice all around car.

yes. those are pretty nice cars for a "beater"

true the infinity does meet the beater standard better(I don't like toyota in case you couldn't tell)

Infiniti is the spiced up version of a Nissian (G35=350Z). Lexus is the upper line Toyotas.
