I'd love to get personlized plates but the shortest time I've ever waited at the local DMV is two hours and in WI you have no idea what is and isn't available. What we have to do is choose your top three and whichever one is still available they just give you. It's stupid, I don't know why they can't let you search online.

thats how illinois always was Chad, but they just changed it a few months ago so now you can search online. i agree its insanely retarded doing it that way.
