How can I tow a car?

Well, some of you know I am getting a second mk3 chasis. Obviously it isn't going to be driveable, and paying $300 to get it towed is out of the question. It is located at Port Union/401, about 45 minutes from where I am located. I have a GMC saffari that is easily capable of towing it (I have a trailer so it has a towing gears). Who knows where I can buy/rent some kind of dolley to be able to tow a vehicle with? Something that goes under the front or rear wheels...Thanks.

Towing with cables/ rope is ilegal and a big fine. U-Haul will rent you ether a trailer or wheel dollys for dirt cheap, go there.

they may ask to see the vehicle that will be pulling the other vehicle, they did when i picked up my other car.

$300 for a tow seems pretty crazy.

ITA, I had a tow recently for $25 and it was about 40 clicks one way. Uhaul would definately be the way to go with a dolly. Very cheap, just make sure you have a credit card, makes life go much smoother. :la:
