how can u get rid of smell
 

I filled up a gas tank to fill my lawn mower and put it in my trunk, I got home and relized it fell over and some gas leaked out. How can u get the gas smell out of the car its strong has hell in the trunk

Well I would throw a match into the trunk... but thats just me. I used scented baking powder to get rid of a smell in my car and that worked fine.

Gotta get rid of the car just like they did in Seinfeld

let the car air out??? Windows down.. etc etc..

If it doesnt work contact Swoosh in Oakville and ask them about removing the smell.

Go rent a RugDoctor vacuum (the ones that has the soap in it.)

go to Pet Value and get a bottle of NOKOUT spray. This neutralizes pretty much any odours. My GF's car had a nasty mold smell in it. I took it to a detail shop and they made it ing worse, so I did some research and found out about this odour neutralizer and the really works. I sprayed it on the carpets in the front and let it soak in and dry up. The mold smell completely disappeared after a day or two.

The car will smell like clean bleached laundry for while (depending on how much of the stuff you use). I used the entire spray bottle on the front carpets. It's about $12 for a spray bottle.

ya, try an organic smell remover, theyre known to work really really well. But i think for gas smell the best thing is to baking soda it, let it air out and maybe get some air freshners in the car.

i rented a rug cleaner and it worked really well the baking soda did a little bit of a difference
