What do you think? Do you think this thing is actually more effective then undoing the drain plug?

mxracerbrian 02-13-2006 08:06 PM

i dont know man....seems wierd. Its good in theory but i would be nervous trying it.

Bernotas05 02-13-2006 08:51 PM

50 bucks? thats just being lazy, its not to hard to jack your car up a lil and takin the drain plug off.

mxracerbrian 02-13-2006 09:05 PM

true! but, if it gets all the sludge and stuff out like it says, it might be worth it.....i dont know

I dont think it would work personally

Bernotas05 02-13-2006 09:23 PM

most of the sludge goes to the bottom anyway thats where the plug is..

mxracerbrian 02-13-2006 09:25 PM

yeah....good point. Save the 50 bucks and do it the "hard" way

arch, do you know how much of the oil it got out?? most of it?? and what about any other junk in there like sludge?

archemedes 02-14-2006 05:12 PM

not sure exactly I jsut know a few shops in GA used it because they can't have a pit, and the lifts were out of order (many of them do all their work outside)
