Looking for shops that do Custom fabrication/ LED conversions

Im looking for places that would do custom work like, fabricate an exsisting back lip... or farbricate my all red tail lights to white and red / LED conversion so it looks like G35 ... any suggestions would help please.

how come you don't ever recommend shops online? you always get people to PM you.. I wanna know about machine shops too!
