I don't remember what they were puttin in it but honestly why did they go from LS1, LS2 to LS6 they skipped alot of numbers now they have to backtrack doesnt' make sence to me but oh well

GM has said they will use the lS3 (it's been in development for a while now)

No it makes more. You're comparing the LS2's flywheel horsepower to the LS3's rearwheel horsepower.

LS3 is rated at 430hp which is more than 400hp.

They had a LS7 aswell.. They are in the new Z06's..
