Wow it's been a long time since i posted an update but hey whatever works i guess. nothing has changed on the car since the car show in late september until today. My dad and i installed the new Grant steering wheel that i got for christmas so here is a pic! it wasn't to hard we just missed a couple steps and installed it like three times total

not horrible we got it completely in once and then the horn didn't work and yeah that centercap was a bitch to figure out too but in the end it turned out good

not bad, but now the green dash looks awful with that nice black wheel

ITSA6 12-30-2007 11:04 PM

it's going to get a black dash cover soon don't worry

archemedes 12-31-2007 01:37 AM

why not just dye it?

98CamaroZ28 12-31-2007 02:00 AM

that would work. Cheaper too.

Looks good

dyes don't last as long. with the dash cap we don't have to take it out it literally just snaps over the old one

a good dye will last 30 years, cheap stuff won't those caps crack after about 5 years according to some guys I know who bought them (they are hard and thin)

well not trying to put you down. dyeing is just not the way we want to go with it but thanks for the input
