Might sell the 80 trans am.......
 

I might be selling my 80 trans am, i wanted to keep it and restore it but i found a car with my name all over it... My dads friend came over today and he was askin me if i wanted to buy a 87 iroc he has sittin in his garage for about a year, so i was like yea whatever its just an iroc... Hes asked if i wanted to go look at it so i went, needless to say i want it... bad. no rust, its fading a lil, red,hard top, stick, no dents. AND..... i poped the hood and i was really surprised a zz3 crate engine ;) . I really want to get it he said its fast as hell and there is a lot of money into the engine he didnt really get into it, but i am really considering it, just get it repainted and it will be sweet ill keep yahs posted

paint it flat black and scare the **** out of people. act like its a 300 dollars POS then stomp it.lol. T5? might wanna be careful with that.lol. good luck hope you get what you want in the end

its an aftermarket trany, the stock engine and tranny is sittin there on a rack in the garage. I didnt ask what kinda tranny it was

whats he askin? cuz if your trans am is a project you might not be able to sell it for enough to get a suped up IROC.

how much you looking to sell the trans am for?

The engine in the trans am is shot, its rust free and pretty much mint other than the engine, i might try to get 5 for it, i got offered 7 for it as it is allready

He told me 4g i have the money now, but my dad said that i have to get rid of a car before i get another one so i am most likely goin to sell the t/a if i am gettin this

It's dirty but you get the point, it cleans up nice a lil work and it will be mint, the interior is imaculate a rip in the drivers seat thats it, and i think a small crack on the dash, all black leather. As it sits now it is all origonal nothin was changed on it at all

Wish I (or Ryan) had it, cause it would be sold. He's looking to get rid of his for one in better condition, and I'm looking to just plain get one. And we have a 350 sitting here to go in whatever we decide.

I'll let you know what my final price is on it tomarrow, i am going to have a talk with my dad and see what he wants to do.

man if i didnt have my car i would consider that, cause we have a spare 327 (or soon to be spare, after the big block goes in my dads car) and that would be a sweet *** car. good luck with whatever you do.

Dam, I wish I had the money right now. Good price on the car, and your actually not far from me. :sigh: If it wasn't for that jerk hitting my car, and me have to put money back into Mayhem, I'd be able to do it.
