Hi,

I got a question. I was driving my supercharged TL and my plates got removed from my car by MTO. Contravening emissions systems. I had Cas tow my car. I got a receipt for property seizure ( my plates ) and a $365 emissions ticket. He also wanted half of my ownership ( plate portion ) but I did not have it on me. How do I get new plates? Mto officer said I needed to get a safety :s. but car is safe no issue there just emissions issue with my exhaust setup / catch can.

Typical MTO bs.

Why risk going to some ricer event when EVERY SINGLE YEAR there is MTO there laying charges.

If your car isn't legit, then you are a fool.

I am sure the MTO just didnt lay false charges. Scan and post the ticket.

To answer your q. Go, e-test the vehicle, safety it and get new plates.
