Need advice please, just bought a civic!

Okay I just bought a 1999 Honda Civic Si and its my first car (i'm 21)

I'm rather proud of it and would love some advice,
I understand I can't modify the motor so much because its a d16y8..
but I do want to get a Ractive™ Fireball Style Slant Cut Tip Muffler
and a nice cold air intake so it purrs nice hah

I find silver is okay but It just looks so damn plain.. any ideas.. I'm going to get rims for it but I don't know if 17's will fit on it.. and I have a bit of rust on the hood and a paint peeling off on a door.. how do I repair that? (what could I buy)

I want to also replace the "si" tag in the back and get a red "SiR" where could I get that tag? LOL!

Also want to change the lights in the back and front if possible to something cooler... where do I go for that?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as you guys know much about civics than I do..

One thing for sure I'm a PROUD owner of a civic now :D

I live in toronto canada if anyone knows where I could get the stated parts locally.

What kind of rims? Lighter then stock or heavier? So far you sound like youd like to make it a little quicker, but you want to spend $$ on crap that isnt going to do anything but make it something it isn't, or what ill put last of this post. Dont just buy a muffler, get a COMPLETE exhaust system(catback is not a complete setup). CAI, i'll let you keep that one. I'd save up and go turbo myself... Really put a smile on your face.

Keep the Si tag, it is what it is and your not going to fool anyone(that isn't a tool atleast).

Lights... tint the tails, eyebrow the front. I prefer the stock ones. Spend your money in parts that will make it move not make it look like your appling for a spot as a extra on the fast and the furious...

lol great advice bro, so I should go for a whole system.. that with a cold air intake I still won't get much HP improvement since its only 130hp, a turbo kit for it could cost in the thousands and make it's life shorter from my understanding right bud?

any clue as to where I can find specific parts like tinted lights for the front, etc from canada?
Or where I can find a cheap and nice cold air intake for now?
