New plans.

OK i know this is going to make me look like a fool, but im ditching that 383. I talked to a guy who builds engine and gave me some info on the big blocks. Told me how unreliable the small block bored and milled can be. so im going to start looking for a big block and build from there. Do about the same thing Jess is. I also talked to him about suspension and brakes, brakes and axels and rear end being the most important right now. I need to find a 9inch ford rear end, so i can get rid of that C clip they use on the 10 and 12 bolts, for more power and reliability. thoughts on that???? also i need to find a disc kit for the rear, bbeacuse ive got them in the front already, or should i just replace all of them??? either way i think i finally know what direction i want to take the camaro in.

Any input is welcomed, infact it is incouraged.

for budget use good c clip eliminators (strange makes a great one) a 9inch to fit your car will pretty much have to be custom fabbed sinc ethe width is different as is mounting, I wouldn't worry about rear disc right now the rears only do like 20% of teh stopping but tehre are kits made, or if you repalce the rear buy a complete one from one of the companies currie moser and strange all offer them with teh rear disc setup installed, and there is no replacement for displacement big blocks are a whole different world and feel

and sound :D
seems like a good direction for it.
i may have to try to get ahold of that 383 however...
