If this guy purchased this camaro new in 1985 then I'm gussing he is at least middle age by now. So why do I see a team RF sticker on the back window? And unless RF has been using the same symbol for the last 15 years then that decal is new.

that's the same decal used for years. The problem is it's a 3rd gen, they are still too new. Alot of people see low miles and think they will make a killing on it. I saw in hemmings a 75 vette at auction with under 40k miles and it went for about that same price, and was considered high by hemmings
