Removing Resonator

Hey,

a resonator pretty much changed the sound of your exhaust...you can straightpipe it and probably wont get a ticket for doing it if you have your main cat still in tact.

why do you want this removed anyways???

Resonators do not restrict exhaust flow, well hardly. It may drop the fluid dynamic efficiency by 1% at the most.

On the other hand, removing it will vastly increase the noise level of your exhaust.

And for taking it off, it is probably welded to the piping on your cat-back so it will need to be cut out with a grinder. Or it may just be bolted to the piping with flanges. Either way, you will need a straight section of piping the same length with either the same flanges or weld it in.

i've decided im not going to do anything with it........ the car is loud enough as it is and i dont need anymore attention brought to me....... thanks anyways
