Well guys,.....it finally happened. After one week of leaving messages, I called him earlier tonight and left him 1 last message. It worked.....I scared the crap out of him. Yep, and the sad thing about it is, I'm not the only friend he's done this to. I've literally watched as other friends just flat out walked away from his BS excuses for taking so long. I mean, I've always known he's been like that,.....biting off more than he can chew, but he's never really done it to me before this car. I've always been that friend he's come to everytime someone else gives up on him, because he's always viewed me like an older brother.

But this time he made it about money, and I think that's what pissed me off more than anything else. I know that he's always trying to cut me slack as a friend, and that's why I always end up paying him more than what he ask's for. But I've told him time and time again, don't tell me it's going to be done by a certain time if you don't think you can do it, because I'm going to expect it to be finished if I don't hear from you telling me it won't. And that's exactly what he did to me AGAIN! :mad:

He put in about 6 hours worth of glass work on it, got all for corners down level with the fenders and front valance, then instead of finishing it and having it ready for me by last Friday (when he promised to have it done) he set it to the side and started working on someone else's parts that he just got in a week before. After I've been waiting patiently for over 5 months......Huh uh, no way, and then he avoided me for a week by not answering my calls or returning my messages? Oh No....his Punk A$$ is finished!

As far as the money goes, I don't care about that. He's done enough work that I don't feel like I've been ripped off,......but it's more about feeling betrayed. His actions have proved to me that he doesn't value the one remaining true friend he had, so that's fine......I know there's people out there who really do honor the value of what friendship is all about, and I'll be happy to be friends with one of them.

But yeah, I'm happy I'm getting my hood back, and I'm relieved to know this won't end up with me in jail.
