thats right, get a v6 f-body as a DD and use your V8 as a weekend warrior! Thats what I want to do when I get a good job and more money.

I want 4,500 for my Eclipse. Lowest I'd go is probably 4,000. It does have a salvage title :( It's not a beater and I don't want a beater. It's fully loaded - leather, sunroof, keyless entry, AWD, turbo. I want leather and power windows and keyless entry and all that. I just can't deal with things breaking in my Eclipse any more. In the last three months it has needed:

Transmission... 1,000 dollars and a tow
Transfer Case... 200 dollars and a tow
Transfer Case again... 235 dollars and a tow
Major Oil Leak needed taken care of... 200 dollars and tow
Alternator... 70 dollars and first one didn't work out so multiple rides places and a car that kept dying was a pain
Battery... I don't remember
Battery Cable corroded and needed taken care of... who knows
Battery Posts a few times (I am lacking a battery holder)... cheap
Ball Joint (couldn't drive within two days of hearing cuz it got that bad that fast.. gravel got in the tear.. and I was worried)
Other Ball Joint

I wanted it over winter but I had to get rides a lot and drive my Camaro in less than perfect conditions anyways.. that blizzard we got left a HUGE amount of snow in front of our house and was very difficult to clear enough for the Camaro to leave the driveway.. seeing as it is hard enough when there is no snow there had to be no snow in its path to get out.. after five days of shoveling there is still to this day snow covering part of the side of the driveway about 3 1/2 feet high.

I do know what I want now :D A V6 98-02 Firebird with traction control probably silver/black/blue with a black leather interior, ttops, automatic, lowish miles, traction control and keyless entry. Sad thing is I found exactly that maybe 5 months ago but I didn't really want to sell my Eclipse then. Until today, my mom was against me getting one for a daily :eleph:
