transfering ownership question
is it possible to hand over the ownership from one family member to another?
is there any fees or requirements needed? thanks! |
I believe that there is no charge if it is a direct family member, ie: Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother. Your best bet would be to contact the ministry of transportation.
|
Yeah hes right. No fee. As long you live in the same house. Dont quote me on that but im pretty sure.
|
theres always a fee, probably a couple cents tax.
|
There is no fees , you just have to fill out a form calling it a gift.
and you dont pay any tax on the car at all. you will just have to get your own plates for the car. thats all |
u still need
a safety and e-test
