New to the board and the f-body in general .. I just bought an 02 camaro v6 . I think I got her for a good price and I love it .. its also my first stick car as well ..
Glad to find this board to learn more about the cars . . . . and I deff want to learn how to do some engine mods :) and maybe a little cosmetics :)

Well my previous car (still is) was a grand am ... and that was all cosmetics and really no go lol ... by most standards i read so far on this board i am pretty sure it would be considered "rice" lol ... with this one i would prefer to make it a sleeper , she looks good enough the way she is .. :)

maybe some wheels haha:)...

mm take the 6 out and put a ls1 in there;)

Anyway, glad to see you decided to step over into Fbodies... Theres plenty of things youll find to do... If youre looking for a 'sleeper' chances are youll be spending some big money. V6s arent going to respond as well to V8s to power adders obvisouly, but there are things out there to get you goin.

When you get up to 15 posts make sure to post some pics... Of your car Too. hah.

Well when i get my taxes i really want to get exhaust .. at least will make the car sound nice, that and CAI :)

Im one of the local v6 performance guys around here. Good to have some more v6's ;) just ask if you have any questions. And make sure to do some research before you buy that exhaust!

What kind of exhaust are you thinking?

well i have no idea ... and i did some research, but noting conclusive so far lol .. i have flowmaster on my grand am, doesnt sound too bad, but it only starts good when i start the car after that there is no diff. I dont want to be overly laud and bother people around me when i drive at nite .. just something mean enough hehehe ....

Flowmaster doesn't sound good on your engine and will rust out.

Based on what you want the car to sound like we can recomand exhausts that'll be MUCH better.
