Alright... I stumbled onto this website lookin' up stuff for my camaro. I've always had a thing for Camaro's and Firebirds... not so much Firebirds anymore after I drove a 1988 with a 350 in it and I was going about 60mph and started to turn and relized the breaks didn't work... damn Ford dealers... anyways... I own a 1996 v6 Camaro... automatic... and it is purple. I know a guy that's going to teach me to pull out some minor dents and dings (like 2 or 3) because the body is in really great shape... He's also going to realign some stuff for me and show me how to sanddown and paint my car... this would of costs me around $1200 with some quotes I got and all I have to pay for is paint. I was going to go with Silver/Chrome with Polyester flakes to bring out the chrome when the sun hits it. I was going to super tent the windows and maybe but a body kit on it with a Wing's West Spoiler.... this is DEFFINATLY a project camaro thing. The engine and interior and exterior are in amost perfect condition... (except the sun spotting paint) it has right under 97,000 miles on it and runs a quick off line for a v6. My question to all of you who have worked and customized your Camaro's... what are somethings I can do to my Camaro that is somewhat cost efficent... I'm open to all ideas... even engine mods... which I probably wont have the money for for a long time but I was thinking along the line of an LS1...
