05 Honda Accord $12,700 total - Good?
 

Hi everyone. Please help. My friend (an older woman, 60 y/o) is turning her lease in today. It has 24,000 miles MAX. It is in good shape as she has taken good care of it and does not drive too much except around the community. What do you guys think of this price? $12,700 includes taxes, plate, dest - everything. The price is really $11k or so before all the taxes, etc were added.
