1986 Honda Accord Brake Lights staying on with car off keys not in the ignition?

1986 Honda Accord Brake Lights staying on with car off keys not in the ignition?
I cannot find the brake pedal switch, I tried unplugging the light bulb it won't budge, I tried checking the fuses light stays on. Car is dead now. (after a jump because it did this during the day today and I hadnt noticed as I was at work),
