1997 Honda Accord - timing belt?

I have 1997 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinder car. It has 150,000 miles on it. I am not sure about whether previous owners have replaced timing belt or not. Is there any indication of bad health of the timing belt? Can I visually insepect timing belt for its condition? If any of the previous owner has replaced timing belt then I don't need to replace it for another 20,000 miles. Not sure what to do?

You can inspect the belt. Another good indication of whether it was changed is to look at the bolts and screws around the belt, if they have less grease backed on around them or look like they have been removed, then your belt has been changed. If the screws show the same amount of grease and wear as other screws in the engine bay it probably hasn't been changed. But if you have gone this long without a problem it was probably changed, it would have definitely cracked by now.

Timing belts don't break they usually wear out then slip and on any honda its very bad. When in doubt replace it.Did you ask the previous owners?
