1999 Honda Accord transmission is slipping?

What are the steps I need to take the transmission slips when it shifts in everygear its like it jumps to neutral first then it will jump in gear after a hesistation

First step, check the fluid level. If it is low add some and drive to a shop that can evaluate it for you.

That problem may be associated with your transfer case depending on other peoples awnsers you can probably get a no slip additive and put it in your transfer case, which you would need to take to a shop to do because the transfer case is underneath your car, but if i were you i would get the transmission checked out.
