2005 Honda Stereo
 

Hello,
I bought a certified pre-owned 2005 Honda Accord about two weeks ago and have noticed an inconsistant amount of static in the stereo on regular radio stations. It is not the speakers considering there is no static when I play CD's or my XM radio. I have put my car in the dealership service and they supposedly cannot hear the static, also removed the stereo checked the wires and antenna? Does anyone have any suggestions or know anyone who has had the same experience. They did mention that if my factory tinted windows were tinted with metallic, that could be the issue???????
