still engaged. My brother just bought it today from an old lady, it was her late husbands car that just sat in the drive way for 18 months. while following him home, I smelled something and sure enough it was the left rear brake still engaged. Would this let itself go loose or do we have to go to a mechanic? Thank you in advance. Ohh and yes the wheel does turn. and no it does not drag the tire. Thanks again.
