a/c clutch relay location?

a/c clutch relay location?
1996 honda accord lx a/c clutch relay location. obviously i have no air but ive changed the low pressure switch and had a mechanic check the pressures. fans kick on when ac button is pushed but not the compressor. any help its hot as heck ty.
the relay isnt in either fusebox.only fuses for the relays. one is labeled condenser fan and it is fine. the other one inside is labeled heater control relay, a/c clutch relay, cooling fan relay and it is a 7.5 fuse that is also fine.
