87 octane regular unleaded for the gas. Use a high quality 5W20 engine oil. Castrol, Valvoline, Mobil, etc. I have a 2008 Honda Accord and i use 87 octane regular unleaded gas, and Mobil 1 Synthetic 5W20 for the engine oil. I hope this helps you! Honda's are great vehicles.
