Do the windows/moonroof on my 94 Honda Accord filter out all UV rays?

What about all other cars?

Not all, but most. Not only does the glass absorb about 80% of the UVc and UVb rays, the plasticized safety coating on all automotive windows takes care of most of the rest that might get through. Those are the rays that cause rapid sunburn and cancer after long exposure.UVa rays do get through, but it takes a long time to get a sunburn or tan.If you are really concerned, get some tint, that will block about 99% of all UV radiation.
